Grab a bottle of Grappa

Just over a year after the first release of Mazza's Eau de Vie, two varieties of Grappa have hit the shelves.

Mazza Chautauqua Cellar’s Grappa, a traditional Italian spirit produced by distilling grape pomace, was produced using fruit from the 2006 vintage and aged in small stainless steel containers before being bottled in November of 2007.  Two varieties were used - Vidal Blanc and Steuben.  Each one exhibits unique aromas and flavors.  As with the fruit brandies, tasting is available.  Look for additional varieties to be released from the 2007 vintage.
