Step inside Mazza Chautauqua Cellars and suddenly you’re transported to the European country home of a very good friend. The aroma of fresh grilled panini, the sound of clinking glasses, and the subtle “oohs” and “ahhs” from a table laden with sumptuous cheesecake and espresso tell you this will be no ordinary winery visit.

The Mazza family has taken great measures to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each and every guest. And it all begins with the hand-crafted copper pot still, imported from Germany, which rises from the ceramic tile floor like a beautiful, contemporary sculpture. Western New York’s newest winery is also its only distillery, where wine is transformed into brandy and the region’s delectable fruits are concentrated into healthful eau de vie, “the essence of life.”

What could be more pleasurable than an elegant sip of brandy on the terrace after a day at Chautauqua? Or a sampling of our distinctive premium wines in the tasting room after browsing at Red Brick Farm? Relax in the open-air café and enjoy the view of our beautifully landscaped grounds and picturesque pond. Bring a book or your laptop--our café is equipped with all the latest amenities, including wireless internet.

Glance around the Mediterranean style winery and you’ll discover a blend of old-world charm and the latest technology. The building employs geo-thermal heating and cooling methods, energy-efficient lighting, and recycled materials so that we are as friendly to the environment as we are to our customers.

With our 35-year tradition crafting fine wines in the Chautauqua-Lake Erie wine growing region, we are proud to complement our winery in North East, Pa. with our new distillery, wine cellars and café in Chautauqua, NY. About Our Products

Established in 2005 and situated along Lake Chautauqua, Mazza Chautauqua Cellars is focused on creating fine wines and distilled beverages.  Our winelist features both reds and whites, dry wines and sweet wines (not to mention our Ice Wine), from fruit grown along the shores of Lake Erie in New York as well as the Finger Lakes and Long Island.  Our distillery produces fine Eau de Vie (fruit brandy) from high quality, locally grown fruit including pears, apples, cherries and plums.  One visit and you’ll understand why we are Western New York’s Premier Winery, Distillery and Café.
